What you might be writing about

Technical support: A removal failed, returned an error, produced a bad result, or you cannot download your image. Include the tool you used and roughly when — it makes the logs findable.
Billing and credits: A credit balance that looks wrong, a charge you do not recognise, or a refund request. Include the email on the account and the approximate date.
Copyright and DMCA: If you believe content processed through this service infringes your rights, send the URL and enough detail to identify the work. We act on valid notices.
Privacy and data deletion: Requests to export or delete your account and stored images. Send it from the address you signed in with so we can verify it is you.
Business and partnerships: API access, licensing, or partnership proposals.
Feedback and bug reports: Ideas for new tools, or anything on the site that is wrong, broken, or out of date. Corrections are genuinely welcome.

What to expect

This is a small operation, so replies are usually within two working days rather than instantly. Privacy and deletion requests are handled within 30 days at the outside, and normally much sooner. Copyright notices are prioritised.

If you do not hear back within a week, assume the mail went astray and send it again — that is far more likely than us ignoring you.

Worth checking first

A few questions come up constantly and are answered on the site already:

Daily limits and what counts as free — set out on the About page.
Whether your images are stored, and for how long — the Privacy Policy has the specifics.
Whether removing a particular watermark is allowed — the Terms of Service covers this; the short answer is only on images you own or have licensed.
Why a result looks soft or smudged — usually busy background texture. The limits are described on the About page.
